ron (11514)	For many years I had a bookmark in my browser for the ‘Van Halen’ section on the Wynnco web site. They had lots of old paper contracts that I found interesting (but never bought). So out of interest this morning, I tried loading the bookmark and found the site gone. A quick Google search turns up discussions about how they had been selling fake autographs for many many years, and someone (or a group of people) finally got them shut down over the issue. It seems there is an underground movement to close down some of the bigger fake autograph sellers. ronQuote

mikeyV (335)	I remember those contracts, some looked pieced together. One of the “contracts” was for Largo 81 but was only 2 pages as was several others only 2 pages. I think they wanted something like $125 for them. I had seen the same thing that they were shut down a year or two ago for fake signatures.
