I clicked the link, and selected mega.co.nz
I then saw two folders (DVD1 and DVD2)
I clicked on DVD1, and a “Download” link appeared above it.
I clicked the Download link, and selected “Download Standard” and the files started appearing in my browser (Firefox) for me to save. I suppose if I had selected to download a ZIP file, it would have been better. You need to make sure the files are in a VIDEO_TS folder before burning them to a blank disc. Hope this helps.
