If it were me (and it probably will be), I’d give it a couple of days to see if it shows up at the other usual places (that will ship to the USA). Failing that, there are always other options, like having someone you know in Japan buy and ship it…. or working through an exporter.
Keep in mind that it supposedly doesn’t come out till the 10th.

No worries. It cost me $22.99 Australian and that included postage. I’ve paid more than that in the past few weeks just on postage for other mags.
