guitard: I’m in the camp that believes Mike will perform with the band again someday. Maybe only a one-off … maybe a tour. And I think the impetus for it will come from Wolf. If Wolf tells his dad he thinks it would be a good idea – I think Ed will listen to him (but not to anyone else … except maybe Al … but I don’t think Al would ever suggest it).

So based on that thinking … as crazy as it might sound … I would like to hear Ed’s response to, “Do you ever foresee a day when Mike might perform with you again?” I already know Ed’s going to say, “Why? We got a bass player.” I would hope the interviewer would followup that up and ask, “But what if Wolf suggested it to you … as a one time thing … just for old time’s sake?”

I agree. If Wolfie suggests it, Eddie would do it. Then the question is, would Mike do it at this point without Sammy?

I think Mike would totally do it. He’s always been about the fans and a chance to give VH fans an opportunity to see the original 4 play is an opportunity he wouldn’t pass up imo.

I’m not going to go searching for a link, but I’m pretty sure I’ve heard Mike say something to the effect that he’d play with VH again if the opportunity arose.
