Written, curated and signed by Alex, VAN HALEN tells the story of the band’s extraordinary first six albums through Alex’s memories and an unprecedented collection of photography, correspondence, tour memorabilia, musical equipment and rare material from the Van Halen family archive. Featuring Alex Van Halen and Eddie Van Halen alongside David Lee Roth and original bassist Mark Stone, “Glitter” captures Van Halen at the very beginning of the band’s story. Released for the first time with Alex Van Halen’s signed limited edition, “Glitter” will mark the earliest Van Halen recording ever to be officially released. The record will also include a specially selected spoken-word recording from Alex Van Halen, drawn from his interviews with Genesis for the book.
