Has anyone ever seen this, or know what show it is since the description says it’s a recording taken from the Hagar era?

If I remember correctly, it’s either a crap version of LWAN or a crap version of Tokyo, JAP ’89….or a crap mix of both.

So this is an official release??? How does a bootleg get sold at Wal-Mart?

I can’t believe this is an official release. Doesn’t make any sense.

The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!

It is a bootleg. I have bought bootlegs (back in the early 1990s) in department stores.

I saw bootlegs regularly sold in markets and department stores in Japan. These didn’t have cheap artwork nor were they on CD-R’s. These were top quality silver discs and professional artwork/packaging.

I think I’ll take the Bob Ross Barns Collection dvd I saw at the bottom of the page instead. :)

I bought a few boots at the boot shops in Shinjuku back in the mid-90s. But I stopped because I didn’t like not knowing what I was going to get quality-wise – and you really didn’t have anyway of knowing before you bought it. They typically cost 3,000 yen and the exchange rate then was well below 100 yen to the dollar. So after spending $35 and getting an at best so-so recording a couple of times – I stopped.

I got this one, but never watched it before. It was cheap and nice for the collection, but nothing fancy.

Loved the Shinjuku and Shibuya districts. Never had a problem with the shop owners allowing me to preview the discs before I bought them.

The disks at the places I used to go to in Nishi-Shinjuku were shrink wrapped – so I never even bothered to ask.
