eruption1962: Maybe wouldn’t mind adding these to your dropbox…for those who don’t have access to DIME?!?!?

I can do that if anyone is interested.

If anyone would like me to put this up in Dropbox, let me know by sending me a PM, or posting in this thread.

The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!!

Me neither! I was just delicately pointing out the cost of being a lifelong fan…most people wouldn’t shell out a couple a hundred bucks for this stuff…there are other titles on the phantom site that I’m after , as well! But, this agent thing is stifling! Anyway, they have the two XAVEL titles that cover all the soundchecks…

OK, don’t take this wrong, The typhoon release is great! But I do think its a little overloaded and the drums and vocals are low. Don’t know if anyone checked out the IEM release that is on youtube but that one is more drums and vocals. So I am done with disc one matrix using 100% of the youtube source and 49% of the typhoon source, It really is a mass improvment to already a killer source. I can’t find a way to PM eruption62 to get this too for a upload (if you would?) I will finish disc 2 today and can send tomarrow.
Here is the downside, there is aprox. 1 second cut between songs on the youtube source BUT this I believe is a must have.

Let me clarify “mass improvment” there is more vocal and drums and less eddie (more ballanced)

If I stumbled across the correct videos, the still pictures appear to be from the A DIFFERENT KIND OF TRUTH JAPAN 2013 release on See No Evil Records : S.N.E-203. http://pexp.net/main/syosai.php?syouhin_cd=12232

That is the only audio source I found on youtube, It makes me mad that I can’t figure out how to do anything like copy a simple link or paste a pic, ect. But I can do anything with a wave file!

What I usually do in a situation like this is take a snippet of audio that occurs shortly before or after the gap – when the level of cheering (or whatever else is taking place) is about the same as what occurred during the gap – and paste it into the gap. 90% of the time, this usually works well enough so that you can’t even detect that any editing was done. Obviously, if the gap occurs while someone is talking or something else unique is occurring, there isn’t a whole lot you can do – so you just have to improvise. I had to do this with a batch of Kiss DVDs I did a few years ago while synching them to the soundboard audios that Kiss was selling in MP3 format. There was a gap between each of the songs.

The gaps are all different from quarter second to three quarters of a second and the typhoon wave is hard to read since its so full (hard to see the drum hits) so when I am done I will paste them back into Typhoon once lowering the level to match my matrix for video synching. I only have 5 more tracks to go. I hope I am wasting my time and a lossless version for S.N.E-203 surfaces. Since this is a lossy version, Dime will ban it! I am making the Typhoon tracks match the others so I can play with it in different inputs and do it in about 30 minutes. I have only tried 100%+49% for the levels and they look good and it sounds great.

Its done, It ROCKS!, Went for a 2 hour drive and compared with Typhoon and WOW! I have a drop box I have never used to give but It shows its loaded in.. any advise?
Whats done is the show with the gaps closed and you can’t tell at all but it will not synch without work.
