jroundy (1418)	I was at this show, the only one I got to, so this is way cool. Certainly sounds better than the crappy seats my brother bought. Where we were sitting, got pummeled by massive low end, almost like a sub woofer was under my seat. I think I was tone deaf half way through the show. The poor folks play for keeps down here…They’re the living dead. Nobody rules these streets at night like Van Halen!! jroundyQuote

I have used a few of his recordings to synch with videos. He’s always said it’s OK. I mentioned this matrix – and he said he didn’t know anything about it. Which obviously means that Jason didn’t ask him first. There’s no law that says you have to ask first. But it’s common courtesy to do so. Especially when you don’t have to hunt around for the person’s email – and it’s just a matter of sending a quick PM at Dime. guitardQuote

Well, I didn’t distribute this at Dime; I only shared it here, in this thread on this board. People torrent my DVDs all the time without asking first – see all the recent DLR TV compilations on Jam To This – so what? No disrespect meant to anybody, but once it’s out there, it’s out there. kubacheck (11)	guys, everything’s cool, don’t fall out over this…… thanks to Guitard for alerting me to the existence of the 3 song matrix, he was just looking out for a fellow taper….. it’s true, it’s always nice to be asked, but when I said I didn’t know anything about this matrix, that was all I meant, that I didn’t realize that it had been done….. there’s really only two things you can do with one of my recordings that will really annoy me, sell it or repost/matrix without credit, neither of which is the case here, so it’s all good….. whatever gets the best sounding stuff out there for us all to enjoy, without any money changing hands, that’s what matters…… swing on, gentlemen!! kubacheckQuote

He’s not selling it, nor taking ALL the credit for it….so I don’t see any harm in trying to better a recording (or recordings).
