 JasonA (1104) | Awesome, floydrose5150. I’d be curious to know all the specifics of their terms. Do they only allow shooting for the first 3 songs, have to shoot back by the mixing board, etc? I recently shot a band that made everyone involved sign a 4-page contract beforehand. Can’t even post pics on Facebook, etc., very uptight. JasonAQuote |

In many cases, depending on who you are shooting for (example: Shooting for a musical instrument company for/or on behalf of the band) you can’t use anything until it’s approved (not even on your own website). At most, you can look at them on your own computer and drool over them in your own privacy but that’s about it. In this case (either or both of the VH shows), I’ll be shooting for a news outlet covering the show. Will keep you posted on the outcome.
