Unfortunately, more like a collection of clips set to BaF, than a real video,

It would have been better if they just used clips from the last 2 tours at the most. Mike shouldn’t be in it.

I really love this song. But damn it sounded sooooo freakin’ awful live on tour. I think some of it was Dave’s voice and he just was way out of sync and tune with it. I was listening to it on ADKOT on the way to work the other am and loved it and decided to check it out on a 2012 boot and was like, “uuuuhhhgggg this sucks live” ha ha.
kind of a shame it sounded like ass live. Maybe that’s why they only played it live a couple times during the tour.

Totally agree. Kinda wished they would have dumped Chinatown until Dave got his shit together on that one, too. He was always half a verse behind the band until late in the tour. That’s the downside of punching in all of your studio vocals. When it comes time to perform the song live, you’re lost and Dave always admitted he “didn’t do his homework” when it came to vocals. That’s why you’ll most likely never hear Stay Frosty live unless Dave does it like he does Ice Cream Man where he sings the intro and then sings, “Ice cream man. Passing by! Ice cream man, oh my my!’ “Guaranteed to satisfy!” while just letting Ed and Wolf do the harmonies in between. There are way too many lyrics for him to pull off live without paraphrasing or replacing whole lines in Stay Frosty. That song was so heavily punched in you can barely speak the lyrics in time, let alone sing them. I do LOVE Blood and Fire, though. I like to use the opening of that song when I soundcheck the clean channel at gigs.

ha ha your right on China Town too Voo…. I was listening to that live yesterday and was like, “freakin Dave fucked that verse up too…. dumbass…. ha ha”

its like dude, rehearse your freakin lines of the songs YOU wrote!!!! ha ha. As cool as it was to be at one of the two shows this last tour (Boston) where they played Hang em High and he messed those up big time too. I could not even tell what song he was singing… ha ha
