Since OU812 Tour in 1989, it has been recorded in Osaka Castle Hall on October 30, from Balance Tour, which became the first day in 6 and a half years. It was the last tour in the so-called second period organization with Sammy Hager in vocals. Eddie at this time has problems with the hip joints, and Alex toured with a fixed fixture with a fractured neck vertebrae, so Eddie was also known to have an ambulance tour. In addition, there is a conflict between Sammy and Van Halen brothers from the recording stage of the album and in that sense it was a tour in a hard environment. The Tour started in March North America tour after doing a warm-up live in the Netherlands and Italy at the end of January 1995 immediately after the album release. From the end of May, we visited Europe and North America again from July, and Japan and Hawaii at the end of October of the tour. Even though there was an interval between 10 days to half a month between each leg, it would have been a tough tour considering the situation of the band. The next day performances were performed on October 25 to 27, the National Yoyogi Stadium on October 25 to 27, Fukuoka International Center on 29, Osaka Castle Hall on 30, and Nippon Budokan on November 1 and 2, but this Japanese performance sound source is surprisingly small and valuable. Set list includes 6 songs from the new album “Balance” in the first half and representative songs of the Sammy era. The latter half is composed of the band representative song and Sammy solo song. You can also listen to Eddie Guitar Solo. Sammy will escape after the end of this tour, so the “Balance” song has almost never been played, so it is a valuable live.
